Refund & Return Policy

At ALIOR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return & Refund Window

  • You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased on clearance or discount (if mentioned on product page)


4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received:

  • A damaged item, or

  • A wrong product,

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video/photo proof.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.


5. Refund Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
    or

  • For COD orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
