1. Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

After 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened products

Products damaged after delivery

Items purchased on clearance or discount (if mentioned on product page)
4. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received:

A damaged item, or
-
A wrong product,
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video/photo proof.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
5. Refund Method
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
or -
For COD orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong/damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.

For any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
